Corporate team building in Milan with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
In brief: a team building with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitated workshop in which participants build models out of bricks to represent ideas, roles and goals, tell the story behind them to the group and connect them into a shared vision. It lasts from half a day (3-4 hours) to a full day and takes place at the client’s premises or at an external venue, in Milan and Lombardy. For large events IPPOPO also designs bespoke team-building board games.
A team building that leaves something behind
With the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, every participant builds their ideas with their hands, tells the group about them and contributes to a shared vision. The result is a more connected team, with clearer goals and a common language to take into everyday work.
IPPOPO designs and facilitates team-building workshops for companies in Milan, Lombardy and at your premises.
Why LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for team building
In traditional meetings the same people always do the talking. Here everyone builds and everyone speaks.
100% participation
No one is left on the sidelines, whatever their role or personality.
More honest conversations
The bricks help express what words leave unsaid.
Concrete results
The workshop ends with goals, guiding principles or a vision built together.
Lightness that brings people closer
Play connects people effortlessly and shortens the distance between roles.
How a workshop works
- Defining the goal. A call to understand your team, the context and what you want to achieve: cohesion, alignment, vision, managing change.
- Tailor-made design. Every workshop is designed around your needs, not taken from a catalogue.
- Facilitation. Individual models, then shared ones, up to a group model that represents the common vision.
- Debrief. A summary with photographed models and the main outputs, to use as a basis for next steps.
Formats
- Half day (3-4 hours): team alignment and project kick-off.
- Full day: in-depth work on vision, strategy or guiding principles.
- Events and conventions: team building for large groups, also with co-facilitation.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be good at building with LEGO?
No. The method starts with warm-up exercises that make everyone confident within minutes. What matters is what the model says, not how good it looks.
How many people can take part?
From small teams to large corporate events: the format is adapted to the number of participants.
Where does the workshop take place?
At your premises or at an external venue, in Milan and Lombardy.
Is it suitable for technical teams?
Yes. It works particularly well with teams used to working with processes and data, because it makes visible dynamics that usually remain implicit. To work on goals and strategy, see also the vision and strategy workshops.
