Samuele Granata

Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator

With over 10 years of experience in IT, Samuele has built a solid and varied career in companies of different sizes, from local businesses to international Big Tech. Every day he works in complex technical and operational environments, where processes, safety and collaboration between teams make the difference.

Thanks to this experience he is now an expert consultant in process optimisation and project management, able to guide complex teams and projects with an analytical, results-oriented approach.

He has been a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator through Rasmussen Consulting since 2025 and is listed in the community’s official directory of certified facilitators in Italy. He is part of the international facilitator community: in October 2025 he took part in the Global LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Community Meeting in Billund, Denmark, the home town of the LEGO brick, organised by the Association of Master Trainers.

With IPPOPO he designs and delivers tailor-made workshops for companies, events and schools, in Milan, in Lombardy, in Switzerland and at clients’ premises, also in co-facilitation with other professionals such as UPAYA.
